VERDICT:
The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water works like a magnet.. It removes makeup and I mean every traces of makeup from my face,even waterproof makeup( like liquid lipsticks and cream liner) effectively.. It is super gentle on the skin and leaves the skin clean and fresh after use.. I totally love it..
The Con is how oily it leaves the skin if not properly used.. My first and second experience with this cleansing water was terrible and the reason was because of the way I used it( I just dispensed without shaking the bottle well).. After I used it, all the makeup was gone but my face was just too oily
One very lazy day, I had a full face of makeup and I was so tired to cleanse so I decided to try it again. That day I fell in love with it.. My face looked less oily, clean and fresh.. .
Here is how to use it:
Shake the bottle of Micellar cleansing water very well,
Dispensed into a cotton pad,
Dab the cotton pad on your face first,
And gently wiped all the makeup off..
Once you are done, you will have a clean and fresh face..
